It is never too late to start. Teens and adults train together in a class that is a real workout and a real martial art, and beginners are welcome.

What a teen and adult class looks like
Class starts with a warm-up that gets your heart rate up and your hips loose, because Taekwondo asks a lot of both. From there it is technique: kicks, blocks and strikes drilled until they are clean, forms that build precision and control, and pad work that lets you hit something with real power.
As you progress, you put on the gear and spar. It is controlled and supervised, and the point is to learn, not to hurt anyone. You don’t need any experience to start. And if you’ve spent time watching your kids train from the side, consider this your invitation to join them.
Why adults stay
- Fitness that doesn’t feel like a gym. Flexibility, cardio, leg strength and core, without counting reps.
- A skill you keep building. Every belt has something new to learn.
- Stress relief. An hour of full focus is hard to beat after a long day.
- People. A class of teens and adults who push each other and look out for each other.
Teens
For teenagers, Taekwondo is somewhere to put their energy with adults who take them seriously.
